In our special cured ham manufactory in Treffen near Villach, skilled master butchers produce first-class Carinthian bacon, Carinthian pancetta, pork-loin bacon, and smoked bacon with the utmost care. Delicious Carinthian bacon is also used by Frierss for its original spread, better known as SASAKA.
