The Cold Cut Tray with Carinthian bacon and cured sausages has tradition in Carinthia. Family Frierss has maintained this traditional artisanry since 1898.
In their raw ham manufactory experienced Frierss’ bacon craftsmen produce first-class Carinthian bacon, Carinthian belly bacon, and smoked rib cut bacon specialties. Frierss also has particular know-how in the production of special raw sausage and salami specialties, which are smoked over beechwood or slowly air-dried in the mountain air.
