For our "Drautaler" Cold Cut Tray we only use tender, 4-month aged Carinthian rib-cut Bacon, Carinthian Belly Bacon, and Frierss’ Original Carinthian house sausages. Traditional family recipes, the best local meat quality, and slow aging in the mountain air all guarantee first-class taste. A real indulgence from Carinthia, where the Cold Cut Tray has a long-standing tradition.
