Especially for the festive season, Frierss presents an impressive range of festive specialities, apart from its well-known classics.

Frierss festive specialities

A traditional Christmas speciality are the "Kärntner Bauernkrainer" from Frierss, which are eaten with sauerkraut at Christmas, especially in many valleys of Carinthia.

The first-class Prosciutto Castello is a true feast for the palate. Matured for 14 months in the Treffner raw ham manufactory, it is perfectly marbled and melts delicately on the palate, convincing every gourmet.

A special recommendation for the festive season is the first-class gourmet ham from Frierss: Original Nock-Land whisky ham, orange pepper ham or the wonderful "Naturbeinschinken". If you are looking for light enjoyment, then the particularly low-fat Frierss chicken filet ham is the perfect choice - whether natural, smoked or with chilli!

The new Frierss truffle specialities promise special moments of pleasure: first-class truffle salami, mini truffle salami, truffle mortadella, fine ham with truffle or fine truffle spread sausage, all refined with finely chopped black truffles.

Product innovation winner prize for Frierss truffle mortadella

The Frierss family was awarded the most important innovation prize for meat and sausage products in Austria, so called "product champion" at this year's AMA meat forum in Feldkirch with its truffle mortadella.
