For sustainable product quality, Frierss is awarded the "Prize for Long-Term Product Quality" by the DLG 2019.
The regular quality performance of the company in the international DLG quality tests for sausages and sausage products convinced the jury of experts. The extensive tests focus on sensory product analysis, which enables objective quality assessment.
Companies must participate in the international quality tests of the DLG Foodstuffs Test Centre for five years in succession and achieve at least three awards per award year. From the fifth successful year of participation onwards, the company is awarded the "Prize for Longstanding Product Quality".

The Frierss family was awarded the most important innovation prize for meat and sausage products in Austria, so called "product champion" at this year's AMA meat forum in Feldkirch with its truffle mortadella.
