For the second time already, the family Frierss invited Carinthia's top gastronomes and hoteliers to breakfast at Frierss and presented its sausage and ham specialities. Ideal for every breakfast buffet!

In the stylish ambience of the "Frierss Feines Haus", the Frierss family presented their unique range of sausage and ham specialities currently awarded with the gold medal of DLG and many new products such as first-class chicken fillet ham, asparagus and green pepper, pastrami, DUROC ham, gourmet ham and much more. Delicious specialties from Carinthia!

"The guests appreciate quality from the region, especially at the breakfast buffet. Trust in the quality of Frierss, your guests will taste the fine difference", says marketing manager Bettina Rabitsch. Afterwards there was an exclusive guided tour through the plant with Kurt Frierss jun. and Kurt Frierss sen.
