Our 75-year Mortadella tradition, 100% Austrian meat quality, and black truffles are the secrets to this first-class Truffle Mortadella. Very slowly roasted, mildly aromatic with fine truffle notes.

Our preservation of this classic Italophile specialty has its origins in the geographic location of the family business in the heart of the Alpine-Adriatic region, as well as in our grandfather’s pioneering spirit and passion for all things Italian. Together with world-renowned mortadella speciaists, he fiddled around using his own roasting methods and by developing his own composition of fine Italian natural seasonings. This tried-and-true family recipe, which has been proven over decades, and the 100% Austrian pork refined with best black truffle give Frierss’ Truffle Mortadella its first-class taste with a wonderful truffle note.
